Waiting, deferring and defensiveness are behaviours that so often come to the surface when executives are challenged about their health. This is uncharacteristic behaviour for the executive. They hesitate because they lack knowledge.

They need a system — one that provides a clear methodology to achieve premium health. This methodology is the Compass.

The Compass is your guide. Absorb its information and execute it unemotionally. Don’t let preconceived ideas and multiple information sources distract you. The Compass will guide you to the life of the Executive Athlete.

SLEEP
Work & Rest Management should be your first priority. This shift in focus will allow you to access willpower that you have not previously experienced; you’ll need rest to complete the whole program.

DEVELOP A WAY TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OUT OF LIFE
Next, stress management will help you stay in the state of flow, managing challenges and making the most of your skills; and remember that asking for help when you are feeling overwhelmed will keep you on track.

PAIN-FREE MOVEMENT
Exercise will help you step outside your comfort zone and show you that you can gain control. It will also give you the pain-free movement of an athlete.
