Positive thinking is often dismissed with ‘I know it’ or generalised to avoid a challenging thought. What I talk about you might understand but unless you are doing it you don’t know it.

There are many good ideas, but a good idea isn’t worth much unless it’s executed. This is the difference between good intentions and good results. The decision to act is the most important decision you will make.

You have to commit to doing the challenging work. You’ve done this in your professional life; it’s time to grab the big brass ring in your personal life too.

You’ve got the straightforward advice you need in your hands. This program has been designed with you in mind. It’s simply a matter of execution. Are you willing to do the work?

CREATE ACTION

Rest is the beginning of everything. It affects the whole Compass. Stop living in chaos and stop accepting ‘tired’ as a way of life. To have the energy and mental ability to execute the whole compass you need to create the control in your life to be able to achieve deep, restful sleep, from there all the other compass points follow.

David is an Executive Athlete today, but on the day I met him he had given up. As he says, he was “hiding from real life and hiding from the truth”. To create an Executive Athlete, we need to start with the basic skills of movement. We need to ensure that the executive makes it to the end of every exercise session. They must possess the freedom of movement that the athlete enjoys if they are going to become an Executive Athlete.
